Process: A big transformation happened for this Boone home and the young family that moved in. This young mom knew right away a tiny closed off kitchen was not going to work. Her love of cooking inspired us to transform most of the first floor into a large kitchen and dining room with a large, inviting island as the focal point. Soon after we began the project she became pregnant with twins! The race was on to make this happen for this sweet family of five.

We chose the deep green cabinetry as a classic but dramatic choice. The countertops sing with pattern and natural materials. A wallpaper was chosen for the hall entry and we added some big comfy swivel chairs by the fireplace.
